Default Tuning issues.

I am running a powerdyne charger on a 5.3L Tahoe 4x4.

I blew the first motor due to a injector failure, and I assume the truck ran lean.

This time around I just threw the new motor in (100km guaranteed motor), along with the following mods:

- 8 Ford Racing 42LB injectors
- Flexlite Electric Fan kit
- Pacesetter Header
- Pacesetter Offroad Pipe
- Remus Exhaust
- MSD Wires
- AEM Wideband
- Built the tranny

Now.. I am having issues with tuning and driveability, the truck runs so rich its off the wideband at idle.

Once I floor it, when it sees boost it completely bogs and reads below 10 on the wideband or close to it.

If it spins the tires and sees boost past 3000rpm it runs fine with good a/f numbers.

What tune is recommended?

Currently running a hypertech 93 octane tune.

Thanks!

Is the hypertech tune set for your mods? If not you need to rescale the injectors and your VE table will need some work. Also is the hypertech tune for the supercharger? There's lots of stuff it could be like what is your fuel preassure at idle? I would suggest buying at least a logging software so you can send some logs out to get you straight.

Beyond basic functions hypertech is not configurable to any mods (to the best of my knowledge)

I have a superchips programmer as well... but neither are dedicated to the mods or the charger (eventhough the superchips came with the supercharger).

sounds like your parameters are for smaller injectors
