Default Speed density for NA 5.3

Would there be any advantage for a speed density tune for a NA 5.3L. I have been reading about the guys going sd for FI applications but not much about it for NA's. Would there be more power and possibly better gas mileage? Then how hard would it be to switch? I have tuning software and am pretty knowledgable about it just need a few pointers

its pretty simple to switch, but i doubt you'll get much if any better fuel mileage and the power difference would be minimal as well.
