rumble strip vibration

rumble strip vibration
trying to help my father in law out with his truck, its a 99 Sierra, first his 10bolt rear axle had bad bearings so that caused some vibrations, we swapped It out for a 14 bolt 9.5" That helped, but when taking a sharp right turn, at any speed, there is a vibration -almost like driving on rumble strips. I am thinking its the passenger cv axle from being cranked, I jacked up both sides and the passenger side would turn half a rotation then bind up, while the drivers side was fine. Fender measurements are the same from drivers to passenger side.
Truck specs are, 99 Sierra, 5.3 , 4l60e, 14bolt 9.5" rear axle, 2" blocks in rear, keys and cranked in front. Drivers cv axle looks fine, passenger is questionable (I believe its the culprit of the vibration), new ujoints , all new brakes front and rear (rotors, pads, lines).
Am I correct in thinking its the cv axle? I just swapped the rear end thinking it was that (old 10bolt had a locker that exploded in the past and now a bearing was going).
