Default Silverado 0411 to p59 swap

Hey guys. I have a 99 Silverado 4wd that is a 4.3 that I'm about to swap my turbo 5.3 and 4l80 into. I was going to put my 0411 and harness in it but am wanting to run flex fuel this go around. I tune my own stuff and could just take a laptop with me and run the 0411 but Id rather just do a swap to the p59 and run a content sensor. Everyone I see doing it is running the 0411 harness and repining but I want to swap the entire harness over from a p59 silverado
My question is, will the harness from the stock fuse block be the same? If I swap the entire harness and ecm over is there any repining necessary (other than content sensor)?

0411 should be flex capable with an OS swap. My 02 Tahoe is flex OE and it has an 0411 from the factory

I asked Brendan the guy that runs LT1swap the same question about running an 03+ harness on my 2000 Sierra when I was doing the V6 to V8 swap. I had a 2005 LQ9 engine, harness and PCM.

Its possible to make what you have work, but can’t even begin to explain pin for pin what needs done. Basically the starter circuits are completely different (includes wiring for park neutral position switch), there are wires for cruise control that need moved around. Wire location for power circuits may need moved. Wouldn’t know without side by side comparison.

It can do it but can't do 3 bar. I want 3 bar with flex. I just found a dbc p59 van ecu. I will make it work even if I have to repin the entire truck to do so. I was just wanting to see someone chime in that's done it. I made my last harness to swap into a mustang but I want to retain factory gauges and accessibility on this one.

Guess I will have to make a video on the swap and do a write up on it. Got an 03 Silverado harness. And a van p59 that had dbc. Going to modify the harness adding in the iac and tps wiring, along with the content sensor.

Here are some pics. Just gotta change my injector pigtails, modify c2, c100, and c152 harness and get some small loom to finish it up. Took some time to do but this will hook directly into the Silverado fuse box. Plug and play. Keeping the stock gauges,a functionality and HVAC capabilities. will update as I get further along.

Here it is with the flex fuel composition and all. Every factory gauge and bcm function will work. I will say it takes hours of time because the body harness is different every year. Certain wires had to be added in, some had to be taken out, and some just had to be moved. I will start putting the truck together this coming weekend. It's a turbo 5.3 4l80 rcsb 4wd street truck this is going in BTW.
