my PE Modifier based on Coolant Temp {B3617} is
-40*C = 0.2
-30*C = 0.15
-20*C = 0.10
-10*C = 0.05
The rest are all 0.00.
My PE Modifier based on Intake Temp {B3641} is 0.00 in all cells.
There may be other modifiers as well. I am COS3 and I think Boost VE{A0009} may have an effect as well. My tune has always tended to get a little richer as the RPMs go up.

if you send me the tune, i will fix it. It is usually that you arent allowing pe to feed itself to the target a/f ratio you are commanding fast enough. There is a pe ramp rate that most tuners arent messing with that makes it add in the pe faster. That also fixes lean spikes on supercharged cars i see often before they come in to me for tunes.
