Only on bank 2? Sounds like some sort of vacuum leak possibly, if you had the intake off. Or, what did you do to extend the o2 sensor wiring, OR, do you have an exhaust leak near the o2 sensor?

First things I'd check, just off the top of my head.

I turned the MAF off as I was trying to tune my VE tables but bank 2 is reading 25 LTFT on bank 2... I'm trying to figure that out something is wrong

Maybe your EGR blockoff isn't sealed well enough. Or maybe a weld isn't sealed well enough. Post up what you find.

I recently put in a set of Ebay LT's and my bank 2 o2 is really slow and the LTFT were wack as well. Took my o2 off and it was covered in carbon. Wiped it off and swapped it with bank one sensor...Bank 2 continues to be a slow to warm up and a bit lazy. I am wondering if they are coating the inside of the header with something that jacks up the o2?

So I swapped my o2's from side to side........... bank 2 was covered in carbon also... cleaned off and put on bank 1 its working fine.......... and bank 2 is still doing the same thing... I can't find a noticeable leak.... I had a leak before the header install and it ran better than this.. I checked my EGR block off and that is sealed up pretty good ... I'm puzzled. I'm gonna pull the plugs and see what they look like tomorrow

I plugged the EGR plate with a bolt, cut the head off then welded it to ensure it never leaked. About a week after the install, I went back and tightened the collector bolts again. I might weld the studs in as well. I am wondering if the bung is not letting the o2 down far enough into the exhaust stream?
