Default LS1 vs 05+ Efans

Is there any benefits from LS1 to the 05's? When I swapped to a 6.0 I put a new 28" rad and LS1 fans. Was just thinking, this has been in the back of my head and bothering me. Lol

05's are bigger and are for the 34" radiator. They pull more cfm too I believe.

x2. I upgraded this summer and it was well worth the money/time. The fans kick *** and there is nothing but benefits when going with a bigger radiator.

Yes, I should've never let myself get talked out. They aren't that expensive, my neighbor works for Oriellys. So the 11+ fans would work? Just a reprogramming and that's it?

Don't think any reprogramming will need to be done if you already have your ECM to turn the fans on and off. You just swap to the newer truck fans and your good to go.

Chite, might just pull the plug and get the parts. Are the ls1 plugs the same as the 11+ fans?
