Just started an SD tune any thoughts?

Well, in MAF mode, the PCM calculates in that additional "surge" of air and adds fuel accordingly (temporarily). Then, for the rest of the closed loop WOT duration, timing is kept low to keep combustion chamber heat from becoming excessive. This is the reason there is often significant spark advance added in during PE mode via the fuel mixture spark correction table (AFR spark modifier or something like that in HPT).

Here is my latest tune. I am in the 11.5 AFR range when entering PE mode, is that acceptable? How do you tune for the timing? I mean if I wanted to advance the timing a little what do log to know how much to advance it.
