Wow, Allen is a super nice guy! He answered the phone the second time I called which was suprising considering everyone told me he is really hard to get ahold of. He spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me goin over everything. I really appreciated that considering he was just about to leave the shop! Well all I can say is that the first impression was awesome and I hope the tune will be the same, which it will from what I have heard. I have talked to other tuners about there tunes before and the cusomer service just wasnt there and didnt make me want to give any $$$ to them. I cant wait for my tune now! It should ship out tomarrow or monday!

 

Allen is a great guy.. Ive had a nelson tuned truck for a year now and it was the best money ive spent.. I just upgraded from the 99 to the 02 pcm and the first one he sent me was bad.. needless to say he shipped me another one as soon as he found out. It should be here tomorrow and I cant wait.. From what ive read the 02 pcm really seems to wake these 99's up..

youll love the tune . after about 100 miles your truck will feel like a totally different animal

 

Have to agree Allen is great. He's the only tuner I've dealt with and feel lucky I got the right guy the first time out!

Yeah i've been lucky with the many retunes I have had, Hptuners has helped alot with Allen being able to look at my logs and tell what needs to be changed. Youll love the tune!
