Gas tuning efi live help

Can someone please help me do some tuning i got a 99 module 5.3 this is the first time of tuning gas motors. I can tune diesels all day everyday. But a diesel is alot more forgiving then gas motors.

You have to give us more to go on. What mods are done? What do you want the tune to do? I know a lil about tuning with efilive...
