Hey Norris, where exactly were the headers hitting the wire harness? I just recently installed ARH headers on my Sierra Denali and I want to make sure this doesn't happen to me too!

take a look down the right side part of the chassis.. u should see a wire running along the front part of the chassis... the headers were tapping against that.. relocate the wire to somewhere else (I just zip tied it up)

Cool, thanks man. I just installed a yank Pro Truck 3200 stall convertor yesterday and when I was under the truck I checked everything out and zip-tied the wire harness, as well as the right side O2 sensor harness, which could also drop down on the header. The only complaint I have with the ARH headers is the O2 sensor placement could be just a bit better, IMHO. Other than that, I think they're really the best header out there for the GMT 900.
Glad you figured that one out for us...
