What all needs to be changed in the tune. I have turned the 1 to 0 in the system tap system options etc. it will start if I give it gas but will not idle. I have confirmed that the iac motor is not working. I have no dtc I have followed lt1 swap to the T I have the correct pcm and triple checked the wiring any help would be great thanks

Are you using the same PCM? You need to get one from a DBC truck...

The harness is slightly different as well I believe

The PCM is the same from van to truck. Find a vin for a van and flash the pcm to that VIN. Now depending on what this is in it could cause other potential problems with certain accessories on the vehicle not functioning etc but you just weed those out one at a time after that IE ABS cruise control etc.

Simply changing it in the tune will not work.

You will need to use an OS for the year of the vehicle that was Drive by cable.

As mentioned, The Express Vans used a cable driven throttle body. You also need to be sure the PCM is capable of supporting it.

As far as the harness I believe the same wires are used on the Drive by Wire Vs. Drive by cable and you can repin with correct connectors to make it work. Should verify the PCM side of the wiring to be 100% sure though.

I've been pondering this option also.
