Ok got it to work 01 Silverado pedals and cable wire as suggested on certain website used 12576106 pcm using Hptuners under systems tab systems options change the 1 in the etc column under the gmt800 to 0 and write entire Walla it works if u have it wired right

I have tuned a couple DBW to DBC conversion's in trucks. I personally dont see the need for it but thats just my opinion. The last one I tuned a few weeks ago used a GTO pcm and I used a van OS. They used the same harness just added the wires for the tps and iac.

I can't vouch for everyone else's reasoning, but mine is simple. To run a reliable 102mm or larger TB. No one has made a reliable 102 yet for the DBW that doesn't use the **** LS3 motor.

Reason I swiched to dbc evertime I would leave at the track on spray it would cut throttle sometimes a lil sometimes as much as 30% I had all the dtcs to the tb turned off so it wouldn't go in to rep mode. On motor was fine

Thats the exact problem we will have with a PD blower as well.

The TPIS should be strong enough but they are very hit and miss with the X link on a gen 3 pcm.
