Default Daily Driver Tuning

Anybody have general guidelines about what I should be seeing on my gauges during normal everyday driving?
Timing & AFR at idle?
Timing & AFR at light throttle cruise +/- 1700 rpm?

Light throttle cruise and idle should be 14.68 AFR. Idle timing depends on what sort of idle control it uses...gen 3 uses airflow idle trims, gen 4 uses adaptive idle timing. From what I've seen, gen 3 stuff has a little higher idle timing, stock is around 20°. And gen 4 is lower around 10. Doesn't take a lot of torque to idle. Cruising timing is in the 30-40° range. I push that as high as I can before MBT to get the most mileage.
