Dude, your TCC scan is WAY screwy, look at frame 2.50.234. The TCC duty cycle hits 100% Did you command it with the labtop? if not WHY the hell is it locking in 1,2nd gear with the tps at 20? then fallow the scan from that point the computer is commanding the the tcc to lock but the converter is still slipping. I would recomend logging curant gear too. but judging from your logs with-out seeing your tune, it looks like you have a bad converter, or TCC solenoid.

I would log input speed output speed, current gear, and all the pids you got now. So you where commanding the tcc? Good. Now you need to verify the tcc slip showing in the scan is true tcc slip. I've seen logs showing tcc slip when really the trans was not shifting into the next gear.

i have a question. if you command the tcc to lock at say 50mph at wot in 2md gear but have tcc shift lock disabled. will it lock up in 2nd then unlock to shift and lock back up after the shift?
i have a config for loging trans slip but its on my laptop and i'm at work. if you don't get it by morning i'll email it to you if you pm me your address. you can't load configs on pt.net, it says its an invalid file.
when the tcc does lock up during normal driving does it feel like another gear or does it just kinda drop the rpms down slowly? cause with mine set to 100
%/90% it feels like a whole other gear. but then again mine is a tt3000.

Update:
I have played with every darn shift/tcc table and the tcc still locks at the same place...96mph in 3rd gear! LOL, I've learned quite a bit (hpt) in the last couple of weeks and my truck is shifting where and how I like much better at partial throttle but I cant seem to get it to lock up any sooner in 3rd.
I am in 3rd by 85mph right now but I may as well bump it back up to 94!

Well if it makes you feel better i tried to set mine up to lock but it won't lock at all WOT. Not sure if i missed a table or what.
Also how do you get it to stop unlocking as soon as you take your foot off the gas at cruise speed?
Like say i'm rolling 45mph it's locked....let off gas then reapply peddle and it has to relock?

Look at your tcc tables and make sure there is a value in the 0% tps cell. Mine did the same, I just put the same value as in the next cell and it stopped unlocking....even though I'm dbw and it is never 0% tps!

Oh and i'm DBW as well this is on my 04 that i want to lock it since it's a built tranny from flt and a yank 3200.
