If your shift is too firm at part throttle, try going into your base pressure tables and subtracting 10-15% from the values and see how that helps the shift. If your running COS3 and want to try it without using PE, check out table B3647. Its a custom table that allows you to command fuel anyhow you want. What do you mean by the correct maps to log with your LC1? You can create the maps you need to log with it in just a few seconds. Have you read EFI Live's Auto VE Tuning tutorial?

Yea, I was playin with the shift pressures. That 3647 was what I was going off of to not have PE. Just need to make sure my 2 bar map is reading right cause it goes pig rich and dies if I get any boost.I got the map thing figured out. Been a long time since I needed to build one.

Thanks for looking guys!

Time to man up! I bought a map sensor from advance that was suppose to be for a ss supercharged cobalt, however,I googled the part number and found a guy on Ls1tech where the same thing happened to him! They got the junk wrong in their computer. Got one from the dealer and she runs mo better now...
Special thanks to those Nonnie and and Tim!

Did that fix the 80E harsh shift? I had the same issue and found that the 2nd VSS wire to the PCM was not seated and the PCM was defaulting to full line pressure. Once I seated the wire into the PCM it shifted perfect.

It was not real bad, but just a solid bump on the 1-2. I called Jake's and he said they are built to have a real solid bump on the 1-2. So, I changed the shift timing from. 4 to .5 in the low torque areas and added more torque management in the under 240 ft pounds portions. Made easy driving more civil without agreeing with the line pressure.
