Default No speedo or shifting after 14bolt and 241 swap

Hey everyone, I didnt get any responses on fsc so I figured id ask here. I just finished up my 14bolt and np241 swap in preperation for my sas in my 00 sierra 1500 and I cant figure how to get the speedometer to
work. It worked fine when I pulled the np246 out so I doubt its a problem in the cluster. Ive tried every combination if green and purple wires and cant get it, I also tried with a new speed sensor. If anybody could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

Theres got to be a blown fuse or something somewhere or maybe you didnt plug the speed sensor in correctly. There are a bunch of plugs on a autotrac case for speed sensors and Im pretty sure if they are plugged in wrong you wont have a speedo.

I had this problem with mine after a trans swap.

Make sure that you've got the sensor that is in the rear of the passenger side of the t-case to the "converter".

This speed sensor, (as seen from above if you were facing the rear of the vehicle.) is the speed sensor that runs your speedo. It connects to a "converter"... it helps if you unwrap the entire thing, and you'll have one cable that is just a jumper with two connectors on it that goes from the VSS to the "converter." I wish I had a picture to show you, so this wouldn't seem like a bunch of ramblings.

EDIT:

Found it:
