86 c10 ls swap!
Hi guys,
Truck is an 86 c10 that I have been working on for a while but no longer have the funds to finish it like I want or a shop to store it in. Don't really know what a truck like this would be worth thinking about 5k so this is really just a feeler to see what kind of offers I could get. If they are good enough then the highest offer takes it. The truck isn't completely finished but does run and drive fine the way it is.Truck has a 5.3 engine swapped in with a ls6 intake manifold, car oil pan and pick up, long tube headers with 2.5" duel exhaust with x pipe and magnaflows. Has a 4l60e transmission that I just payed over $2500 to have a performance build with a 2800 stall about 3 months ago. Has all brand new autometer gauges, brand new nitto nt850 255/45r20 tires all the way around. Flip kit on the rear and 2.5" drop spindles and 2" drop springs on the front with beltech nitro drop 2 shocks all the way around. All new brake components front and rear, calipers, pads, hoses and so on, Everything from the engine to trans to gauges to suspensionand tires and brakes that I have listed was done at the same time and only has about 1000 miles on it. AC worked great before I pulled the stock 305 out of the truck so with just a compressor installed you should be chilling again. Truck didn't have that many miles on it and I think it still has all the original ball joints and bushings and probably could use replacing if nothing more than because of the age. The body is not rusted up and is very strait for the most part and as far as I know it is the original paint and while it looks good for its age could deff use a new paint job. Other than all new autometer gauges the interior is just as old as the paint and could deff be freshened up with new carpet, seat recovered and dash pad isn't terrible but has a few small cracks from age. With a lil more work this could be a great old truck and im sure someone could enjoy it! My location is Monroe La.
