Well, I am trying to lean out and lose my gut... maybe my goal should not be a weight, just lack of gut ...

Wow thays alot of weight,

I started my diet 3weeks ago, lost 25lbs in 3weeks, im a bigger guy though, i used to be 325 and am down to 300, my goal is 250, im about 6'2", the main thing that i think what has helped is watching what i eat, plus i also started going jogging outside and going to the gym but only doing the treadmill and elyp, and ab work, no weights at all, so far i can notice i lost weight on my clothes, ive done it before but i always gain it back up, so hopefully im planning to stay on of it this time.

25lbs is alot! AP, we are about the same size. I am 6' 2" and 350lbs. I too would love to be 250. I cant imagine being 165, or even 210 for that matter. good luck with your diet and work out! I am trying to talk my wife into us working out and dieting, but thats a tricky subject for the girls, lol.

I am 6' 2" 210 I try to watch what I eat and work out like a mad man! I just did my first full marathon on Sunday and I did pretty damn good for a FULL marathon that I really never prepared for I usually do a half marathon my time for 26.5 miles was 4 hours 17 min not what I wanted but like I said I really never prepared for it that well. Just watch what you eat and try to burn as many calories that you take in that will help out a lot!

ps. ow yeah and sex is great for burning calories!!! If you can try to have lots of sex partners so you can have a different routine each day that way it doesn’t get old hahah jk best of luck!

Ive lost about 15lbs the last couple months, but havent lost any strength. I started out at 265 and am down to just below 250. If I could get down to 230 without loosing any strength I would be happy.

Whiskey did the trick for a while but now I find myself drinking too much whiskey. Guess my tolerences are changing. I drank a whole 5th the other night so i'm looking into low carb beer.
