What does everyone do to get/stay in shape?

This is what I do, but I have to warn it is intense! They have my calorie count at around 3500 a day (I was eating 5 times a day). I weigh around 161-163ish. I would also highly recommend p90x.
Now that college started and I also work I only can do it three times a week and I hit the gym twice a week to lift weights.
From the three weeks I was able to do insanity straight I have never seen results as quick ever in my life. But I also think EATING RIGHT played a huge factor in seeing results.
Now my eating schedule is all jacked up and I cant keep my metabolism going like it used to. some times i only eat 2 times a day now. I much rather prefer eating 5 times a day.

Best time to burn some fat is as soon as you get up in the a.m.... When you wake up take a multivitamin and drink a glass of water then hit your elip machine for 40 mins. In the morning you stomache is emtpy and you will burn more fat and it also jump starts your metabolism for the day.. That's what I used to do and it worked.. I just got lazy

i was at 210 then started watching what i ate and portion size and got down to 178, currently at 190-195 because i like to drink beer too much, i need a workout buddy to make me go to the gym and push myself

i work out 5 times a week. i do chest-monday, biceps and triceps-tuesday, back-wednesday, shoulders-thursday, and legs-friday. and i run intervals after every work out and abs in between each work out set everyday. i take force factor and whey protein. force factor is a good suplement to gain muscle and loose fat. whey protein is a good protein to get cut up. just remember eating healthy is the key to losing weight
