Well like i mentioned i eat really healthy, only lean turkey and ALOT of freaking chicken, cause my wife does not like beef... Only time i drink beer is when my wife is out of town

Well i weighed myself this morning and I am at 172 so i am pretty happy about that...

I am thinking about buying a curl bar to start doing some weights... My goal is not to huge, just toned....

Why do you want to weigh 165? Can you even walk outside in the wind at that weight?

I got a curl bar and some weights here at the house you can have, I'll show you a couple things to do.

I was doing the elliptical thing half hour a day for a few months in a row, then it got real boring real quick so I changed it up and started riding a bicycle at night, I have been riding 5-10 miles a night( except for last week) and its pretty nice. Scenery changes and doesn't get as boring as the elliptical did.

Oh cool, one of these days we meet up i will grab it from you...

about the weight, i dunno, i have always weighed 165 when i used to be in shape and going to gym everyday, that was about 5 years ago... In Dec when i got my physical, my doc looked at my last 6 years of charts and I have been gaining about 3 pounds a year ... so i randomly pick 165

Imo you just need to tone up and add some lean muscle. Christy said at 165 you would be a bone lmao.
