They better not make it a 4.8l only option. I mean yeah i'll do a 6.0 swap at some point but i'd like to get my speed fix right off the lot.

its probably gonna be the 5.3L w/ DOD, AFM and all that other **** they put on em now.

i heard they are slowly going to fade out the 4.8

DOD and AFM are the same thing.

It's only gonna be available in EC or CC models, either 2wd or 4wd.

It will be a 5.3L without AFM(due to cost), rated at 300hp and 320lb-ft.

Even though it won't be available in a RCSB model, swap parts will be easy to get for anyone that wants to make their own.

In one of the threads it was said that the RC didn't have enough room for the cats/emission equipment or something like that.
