Who knows, maybe the'll make a RCSB Canyon SS in a year or two.

Like I said earlier, now that GM is offering a V8 in the Canyon it will make swaps easier for those wanting a V8 RCSB.

It is about time. I may have to consider that in the future. I'm tired of regular cabs anyway. That is all i've had for the past 8 years and not enough room.

So whats the average weight of a ecsb canyon anyway? Would you be saving THAT much over a RCSB silvy?

I test drove a ec z1 colorado and a ec nnbs sierra back to back this past summer. I was hoping the colorado would be more of a nimble truck than the full size. I was wrong. Almost every aspect of the driving experience was worse than the full size. The steering was numb and slow(18.5:1 vs 14.2:1), the brakes were typical spongy GM (the nnbs were spot on despite the rear drums). The small truck dove big and the full size drove small. The z71 suspension was fine on the Colorado, nice and tight and firm. The full size seemed to wobble a bit more than the smaller truck. From what I hear the zq8 on th Colorado livens up the handling a lot. For me the smaller size of the Colorado isn't worth the trade off in the driving experience

*Note I tend to be a bit fussy when it comes to how well the vehicle response to my inputs/the road, so take that in mind
