I just financed a 90k house with 3.5% down for 30 years with a 4.0% fixed interest rate and my note is 755.22/month. . . Including tax and insurance.

I'm hoping to get the va loan I qualify by far so hopin for no money down otherwise using my tax return sounds like my budget will be under 60k and there tons of houses for that, it just has to have a good shop that's a must for me, I'm mainly lookn at forclosed and county seized houses

One acre, completely wooded & unimproved, goes for 25K to 35K here. I'm renting a 3br/2ba duplex for $1350/mo.......

Where do you live?
