i went and read some of his feedback on the negative stuff. each time he has a slick answer why he screwed up. oh wait, he didn't mess up, everyone else did. all 30 times.

Once the seller gets the money, they should have to put the feedback in since that is their only way to judge a good or bad transaction. This is a good point. The seller should be required by eBay policy to leave positive feedback as long as they have received payment in a timely manner. Not to mention a lot of sellers never leave feedback for their buyers at all! This is why I have never given negative feedback, but I have given some neutral. I wouldn't even consider leaving a negative for a seller because you know they will just leave it for you if they can. I won't deal with anyone whose rating is under 99%, I'd prefer high 99s. You're just asking for trouble if you do.
