yeah i think the way the feedback thing works is bs too. i have never left a negative for anyone yet nor have i received one( im only at 50) but if it ever came to the point i just dont leave one, and if they do before me thats is where i would nail them. ebay can be a bad place and i hear stories like this alot, just be careful who you deal with, hopefully paypal will help you out they usually do!

Man, I like that! I've got a 100 lb Lab/ German Sheperd mix at home, finding dog crap isn't a problem.

Once the seller gets the money, they should have to put the feedback in since that is their only way to judge a good or bad transaction. The buyer can get screwed in many ways (defects, missing parts, not there at all) and the seller always waits until the money is in their hands before they ship. It's rarely the buyers fault, they did their one job.

THE BUYER SHOULD ALWAYS GET TO GIVE FEEDBACK LAST. The whole point is to serve the buyers. That would make the feedback ratings more accurate IMO.
I agree! Once a seller has been paid and the auction has been marked "paid", the seller should be required to leave a feedback before they can access their account again. If that means everyone has to use a credit cards or PayPal so be it, it would eliminate all cash or money order transactions though. I did my part, paid for the item about five minutes after the auction was over. I should have gotten a + for my part of the deal. The deal went south when the ball was put into his court, he's the one that fucked it all up. He's not a stand up guy at all!!

I should have known better to leave a negative feedback, I knew I was going to get one in return. All three I've received have been in retalliation for me leaving them one. I do feel they should have gotten one to warn other potential buyers to beware but then I got one as well. Ebay needs to come up with another system.

Funny idea, but these days "domestic terrorism" carries a heavy sentance. Explain that one to your cellies......

Well, it seems I can but only when I'm logged into my account. The link I provide still has me logged in and I don't want my ebay account information out there for the world to see. When I log out, the information about this guy goes away.

Seller offered a partial ($10) refund through PayPal's resolution center, I declined it. It's not about the money, as I said, it's the principle of the thing and the way this guy does bunisness. I couldn't make any comments as to why I declined it on the PayPal notice though. I emailed the seller and told him why, I said "I wanted the other tip that I paid for. I won't be bought off by a partial refund and I won't go away. I want a full refund and I'll send you your tip back with you paying the shipping or I want the other tip. your choice!".
