yeah i think the way the feedback thing works is bs too. i have never left a negative for anyone yet nor have i received one( im only at 50) but if it ever came to the point i just dont leave one, and if they do before me thats is where i would nail them. ebay can be a bad place and i hear stories like this alot, just be careful who you deal with, hopefully paypal will help you out they usually do!

put all the puppy poo in a box, wrap the box in a real nice pretty paper.
fill a larger box with packing peanuts and your pretty wrapped present for them.
include a card to make the opener feel special.
now send it off with the satisfaction of knowing you just sent a box of **** to a **** head.

It's rarely the buyers fault, they did their one job.
THE BUYER SHOULD ALWAYS GET TO GIVE FEEDBACK LAST. The whole point is to serve the buyers. That would make the feedback ratings more accurate IMO.

Seller offered a partial ($10) refund through PayPal's resolution center, I declined it. It's not about the money, as I said, it's the principle of the thing and the way this guy does bunisness. I couldn't make any comments as to why I declined it on the PayPal notice though. I emailed the seller and told him why, I said "I wanted the other tip that I paid for. I won't be bought off by a partial refund and I won't go away. I want a full refund and I'll send you your tip back with you paying the shipping or I want the other tip. your choice!".
