Default Stay away from Ebay seller "jsw1920"!!!

This guy is a liar and a crook!!! The company is "First Choice Auto Parts" out of Martin, Tennessee. Anyone know this guy or store? I bought two chrome tips from him on 3/26 in a "Buy it Now" auction and the box just arrived yesterday. He shipped only one tip, I paid for two! I emailed him several times and he answered one of them and blamed the Post Office but the tracking number was never updated. He finally shipped on 4/7, I got the box on 4/10 so it wasn't USPS's fault, he didn't ship. I left him a negative feedback and I got one as well. Called me a loser and to pay for next day air next time. HE DIDN'T SHIP THE FU$%^NG TIPS SO WHAT GOOD WOULD NEXT DAY AIR HAVE BEEN? I'm so pissed!! I paid right after the auction with PayPal and this is what I get! I'm about done with Ebay, to many @$$holes and rip off's on there now.

Yeah, now I realize that. I saw his 98%+ positive feedbacks and thought, OK. But if you look at them, he's had alot of bad ones in a short time, something definitly wrong. I just filed a PayPal claim, we'll see.

Can't you dispute it or something. I have seen a couple of sellers have bad feed back and they were able respond to the bad feedback. Perhaps you could do the same?

Yes, I left a reply to his feedback, said it was all a lie but that's all you can do. I've gotten three negative feedbacks, all were in retaliation from a seller who ripped me off and after I gave them a negative feedback. I know no one knows me here and on all the forums but I'm a stand up guy and have never screwed anyone on any deal here, the other forums or on Ebay. I'm getting sick of Ebay, to many deadbeats now.

I guess you could go on Ebay and do a user search for "jsw1920".

this will make you feel better.

get a popper scooper and scoop up all the puppy poo you can find.

use his address to send and as the return address.

put all the puppy poo in a box, wrap the box in a real nice pretty paper.

fill a larger box with packing peanuts and your pretty wrapped present for them.
include a card to make the opener feel special.
now send it off with the satisfaction of knowing you just sent a box of **** to a **** head.

What has always pissed me off about ebay is the fact that you get revenge negative feedbacks if you give a negative feedback.

Once the seller gets the money, they should have to put the feedback in since that is their only way to judge a good or bad transaction. The buyer can get screwed in many ways (defects, missing parts, not there at all) and the seller always waits until the money is in their hands before they ship. It's rarely the buyers fault, they did their one job.

THE BUYER SHOULD ALWAYS GET TO GIVE FEEDBACK LAST. The whole point is to serve the buyers. That would make the feedback ratings more accurate IMO.
