Default Rock Band

So my brother got rockband last week and I wanted to play drums since i've already got the guitar down pretty good from playing guitar hero all the time.

For those of you who have played, there is a kick pedal on the drums. After trying to hit the kick pedal with my arm for a couple days i finally put together a solution..
Pressure switch and 6ft of shielded wire with 1/8 plug on the end.

Very nice! I am also the drummer in me and my roommates 'rock band'. We just used to have a 27" tv so it wasn't all that fantastic trying to get all four people croweded around it but we just upgraded to a 50" plasma and Rock Band in HDTV is definitely a sight to behold. Add in the surround sound and bass and you feel like a freakin' rock star!

Yea i need an HDTV for it. Right now i have it running on my 20" tv 4 and for sound i have 4 6"s 4 8"s and 2 15"s (in pic above). The 15"s are running off of a 240 watt studio amp.
Definitely feels awesome.

We really like to get drunk at the house and kick it off. Makes for a great night, but damn my shin hurts like hell the next morning. I really like the above idea. I need to try that out.

Kick pedal? Like for the bass drum? What's wrong with using your foot to push it?

I was paying attention to the wheelchair thread, but I didn't connect that thread to your post, lol. Once Zzebes said that, I almost slapped my forehead to go along with the "DUH!!!"
