I can't say I've enjoyed any of my many dealership experiences either... I don't understand how some of these *** clowns are actually "mechanics"

I hate to say it, but one of the best dealership mechanics I know works at the Ford dealer across the road... he knows whats up, and owns all GM's

Guess, I have been pretty lucky around here, at least in the past. I deal with one dealership and the guys are sharp there. The chevy dealership will screw you as quickly as they can.

The Ford dealer here has an excellent parts department, but their service department tore my car up when I took it in under warranty. Smoked my tires off and used over half a tank of gas, the ODO said they had only gone 40 miles, oh yeh, my mustang gt no longer had a clutch left in it. I called FORD, they sent me to another dealership that fixed everything on my car.

My worst experience with a chevy dealership was pulling into a lot, and looking at a identical jimmy to what I had except mine was 2wd and this one was a ZR2. The salesman walked over and smacked the back of my truck and said "you ready to trade this pile of junk in". I got in my truck and filled the lot with lots of white smoke. I was looking for a second vehicle not a replacement.

Where i come from you don't touch someone elses vehicle unless you have permission to. Who does this guy think he is? How has he made it this far in life without someone teaching him that lesson? Good thing your girl was with you it could have gotten ugly.
