That's what I thought you guys do w/ it tho; it dials it in that much quicker.

I originally thought parts guys used it so the average Joe couldn't clone a particular vehicle. A counter-counterfeit check if you will.

I figured you knew what the VIN was/stood for.
And yes it just helps us narrow the choices down for accuracy.

it would have been different if I opened it all the way up, then walked inside and left it open... I popped it, and left it cracked just for some ventilation because geez does this thing get hot under the hood. (on top of the fans not working properly) you MIGHT could have stuck your hand in the gap sideways but it would have been tight at that. Then all the sudden, I walk outside and its open to the world!!!

I dont think the guys are anything to worry about, they're just harmes kids and I live far enough away from everything/everybody that none of them will find it anyway

but somethimes its hard to tell who wants to look at your stuff because theyre interested, and who wants to look and make a shopping list...
