Depends on how often you havwe to eat them. Can be spme not so bad food or can be a bag of ****. Either way you eat them.
But anyway there are like 24 diffrent menus. From beef pattys to enchaladas. Some have skittles, some have M&M's some have a non edible substance even if you are from ethiopia in them. they also include crackers or bread some type of cheese spread or penut butter some type of side and some type of drike mix.

I prefer MRE's at whatever the temperature outside is, I learned there's no point in cooking them, as it takes longer and you burn your self on the heaters, and all the condensation can make the main coarse container a bitch to open...

Well they are beter the second time. lol I always have a knife, but yeah they can be a bitch sometimes.The heaters make good bombs in a 20oz bottle. ZBut I wouldn't know anything about that.
