Availability
Cajun boudin is available most readily in southern Louisiana, particularly in the Lafayette area, though it may be found nearly anywhere in "Cajun Country" including eastern Texas.
I hope you've had it...your home town is famous for it!

well i did not take a picture of it but i had this sandwich just
stuffed with prim rib, grilled onions, pepper jack sauce, toasted real crisp,
Added a few peppers and it was heaven.
ice cold mountain dew and a bag of miss vickies chips.

i could only eat half of it but i will say, my left overs are better then yours today.
but it you want the same thing just run on over to quiznos.
