Wow...you make it look so simple...but wait...how long did it take to catch the fish and make the beer?

Ha ha... The trout was given to me by a guy at work. The beer took about 2 weeks to make and that batch is getting close to gone. So I'm down to about 6 or 7 gallons now. I really need to get another batch or 3 going.

Actually it is a relatively high hopped American Ale. It is my favorite beer right now, I am planning to make another batch of it soon.

why teach a guy how to fish...its easier to just feed him...and just shut him up!
