Hahaha, most places people are free to video tape as long as it is a public place.

 

They just realized they might have f'd up being on video... They were PISSED and in most places he can video all he wants.

I have a bad habit of talking back to cops...I probably woulda told the cop to shove it and kept filming while informing him of my rights as a citizens and his actual responsibilities to the public not his ego.

 

A dumb move by a kid against the even dumber RCMP..... lovely. They really wake up when they realize they are on tape. And I love the threats....... Makes them look even smarter. But then again they only ever get the respect they deserve....

 

haha RCMP truly are the definition of stupid, they dont know 1/10th of the laws there are suppose to enforce, and obviously dont know that he has the right to film that

 

Meh, I give them a break on the law thing. A lot of them written completely open to interpretation which can be good for them as they twist them how they like. I mean Alberta provincial law says it is illegal to have an exhaust with a "widened outlet"..... Hmm... My buddy years ago got a ticket for that..... from 4" tips on a 2.25" dual exhaust. His exhaust was quiet with some generic walker stock mufflers but that was the ticket he got. So then isn't every vehicle equipped from the factory, or dealer here with an exhaust tip larger than the pipe illegal? Yes, it actually is. Or is it? Can mean larger tails than head pipes are illegal, can me a flared pipe is illegal and on and on and on......

That's one example out of thousands, lol.

However I see the police like any other business. You work hard, excell and you can move up. Soooooo........ that 50 year old patrol car jockey...... well he is like the 50 year old broom pusher, or larborer who will never go anywhere. Some do it cause they love it...... but that is only some.
