Default Home Made Fried Chicken

I posted this over on SSU but haven't gotten any nibbles yet.
I made some fried chicken the other day using Boneless chicken breasts, Eggs, Flour, Paprika, Seasoning Salt, Chili Powder, and Garlic powder.
It was okay for something I just threw together to have something to eat.
I was wondering what recipe's any of you might have for something similarly simple.
Anyone try a little bit of Lime or Lemon juice in with the egg to add a lil sweetness? What seasonings do you recommend?

Bisquick, paprika, garlic, salt, pepper, etc. wash and soak chicken in beer, shake into bisquick mix, bake on glass tray. Pretty simple.

Thou it is not really Fried, my GF makes it with corn flakes instead of flower, and bakes it instead of frying it... Definately different, but tasty...
