it's raining and no way is the water getting in thru the bulb seal, it's got so much condensation inside I can't even see the bulb. I called Certifit and they asked me to pull it and check the vent on the back but I know this is not the issue. Hopefully they will take care of the shipping damn it!

you will need to lower the latent heat of vaporization of the condensation, to do this you will have to put a vaccuum on the atmosphere inside the light and then heat it with a blow dryer. If you dont have the patience for that then set it outside in the Cali sun for a couple days with the bulbs out of the housing.
