I too was happy to see it return and pissed it didn't come back sooner after the writers strike, but hey they had to give keifer time to clear up all the DUI crap, you know - classes on why you shouldn't drink, stories from people that have lost a love one, community service hours

A buddy of mine got popped for DUI last year, man they make your life hell to try and get back on the straight and narrow, but he did learn his lesson.
