First of all i want to thank the people that nominated my truck for TOTM. I bought his truck back in December of 2004, i had been looking for a truck for over a month, there were a few local trucks here but the prices where outrageous.
I fond my truck on line at a dealership 6 hours away from home. Made the trip in one day and by midnight i was back with a brand new truck. Don't have any stock picts, since by the time i brought it home i already had a drop kit, and some 20' wheels waiting to be put on.
This is my truck one week later after i had gotten it out of the dealer.
After that i decided i needed some more HP so i could get my truck moving a little better. My fist mod was a custom tune, it really woke up my truck.
In the next few months i just concentrated in getting a nice sounds system, with a 7" dvd player. After the sounds system i added 3.90 gears, headers, CAI. It made a big difference in my truck with those mods. By the end of 2005 I had removed the 4/6 drop kit and was back to stock height on my stock 16's.
I had my truck stock height and what a difference it was the ride was awesome and it would not be scraping like before. By summer of 2006 I got bored of my truck and went and bought a 3/5 drop kit. I just kept my truck stock looking with a drop kit. By January of 2007 the mod bug really got into me.
I got a painted SS bumper cover and painted my door handles, mirror caps, and rear bumper.
By May of 2007 my truck was up For Sale i had gotten really bored of it, seeing that there were not many bites i decided buy some more performance mods. First thing i bought was nitrous kit, then built tranny, auburn posi, then PI 3K stall, last thing was a BABY cam 212/218, and 918 springs. I had a bunch of parts ready to install in my garage, In a weekend a couple of my friends(La Chochita,La Riddler) installed my mods.
I made a few motor passes and the best i got out of her was a 13.3 on motor. Here is a launch pic (N/A pass)
Next came the nitrous, here is a pic of my switches and the only pic i have of my interior.
On nitrous the best i have gotten out of her has been an 11.87@111.XX. here is a video of my truck on nitrous.
And another video of me having fun with a charger, lol
And here is a pic of me lining up against my buddy Amadeo, BTW- this is the the guy that motivated me to have my truck were its at right now.
BTW I used my as a daily driver and put about 500-700 miles per week on her, I have even taken here to our ranch, so I use my truck as a truck.
And here she is with some air in the shocks ready to load up my 4-wheeler.

I want to thank everybody that has helped me get my truck were its at, to my friends giving me rides when needed to drop off my truck at a shop. And special thanks to my tuner (Dan aka RGVsierra) with out an awesome tune my truck would not be where its at. To La Cuerva for naming my truck TeCaTe. Hopefully next time out i will get something better than an 11.87.
