Default 275/45/20 -> anyone using Ziex S/TZ04 -> opinons please?

Hi Everyone..

I am getting new tires this spring for my 07 TBSS.

I just bought my truck 2 months ago and it came with the OEM Goodyear RSAs. I have not ever really been of fan of Goodyear and especially NOT the RSAs.

I have been looking at the Falken Ziex S/TZ04 and am hoping that any users that are using this tire on their TBSS could lean in and let me know how they are liking the tire?

Thanks!

Frank

I had them on my 08' NBS on 20" tahoe wheels. I only had them for a few weeks before trading my truck for the TBSS. I liked them for the short amount of time I had them tho. Tread pattern is sick.

I hated those tires! Had them on my wife's Audi and they didn't even last half of the rated tread life. Plus, warranty would not cover them b/c I am a DIY'er and could not prove that my rotation was done every 5000 miles. Just crap tires for some reason. Reminded me of some cheap Nankangs I used a long time ago on my import to get me by. That was a bad idea also!!!

I am running these in a 265/70/17 on my Crew Cab and love them. Good mix of wet and dry traction, quiet, feel very stable. Holding up well; I have only put around 3K on them, but they still look brand new. I vote !

I just put on Hankook Ventus tires on my SS. Its been snowing here like crazy so I haven't seen how they hook, but they are way better than the RSA's that were on it. I have seen a couple vehicle's come into our shop with those Ziex tires. From what I have seen, they don't wear good, they were chopping out.

I had them on my TBSS before I traded it in. They were ok for daily driving but I felt they didn't hook very well although I had quite a few mods on mine. Stock are minimal mods they are a great improvement over the rsa's

i had falkens on my camaro and they sucked and did not last long. rsa's worked well and lasted almost 55K on my v8 monte carlo. i just rotated around 6k. two different types of cars.
