go with the toyo's...they will last alot longer and perform offroad much better than the nittos. a friend of mine is on his second set of the toyo open country m/t's and he got 50,ooo out of his first set...40x15.5x20s. try that with a nitto, not gunna happen

We had very good results with Toyo M/T(good mileage).Even on 3/4 ton diesel's.
As for the Nitto Trail M/T, it's still pretty new tire.Sold some, but no real feedback yet.So far,so good. But still early.

What didnt you like about the mud grappler? Im thinking about buying these and the reviews seem to be quite positive.

Everyone I heard from said they are to soft and wear out to fast. Not worth the money even though they look cool. Just what I heard I've never had a pair. I wanted to till I was told that.

if you get 40k out of a nitto mud grappler you got the one set that somehow got made perfectly...everyone around here who runs them are lucky to get 20k out of them before they start to look like a big fat rubber donut. its ridiculous how horrible the wear. Now the terra grapplers arent too bad on a light weight truck, but on a heavier 3/4 ton they wear just as fast as the mud grapplers. If i had to buy another set of mud tires id go with either the BFGs or the Toyos
