Default Ideas for spot in console

I need some ideas on what I should put in the spot where the old cd player goes in the 99-02 full console. Im big in audio so that type of stuff would be best. I already have a digital voltage gauge in the spot thats beneath it behind the flip up lid. Any ideas?

Put the lined factory pocket in there. It makes a nice little storage space.

An easy option would be to make a little panel to cover the whole. Wrap it in suede, or leather, or brushed/polished aluminum? Whatever matches what you're doing with everything else. Or go all out and put an extra screen in there just for fun?

Here's what I did with mine, I have my Basslink level control and some switches in a panel that I made out of 1/8" thick black ABS plastic:

Ive got my bass **** inside the big flip up part all the way to the right of the change holders( kinda stealthy) and my digital voltage gauge for my rear battery is hidden inside the flip up part

You could relocate the stuff in the flip panel and put a 7" screen in that whole area if you have an A/V headunit. Or, if you want to keep the flip compartment, maybe a retractable screen in the cassette location.
