Anybody know what size bulbs are in our DRL for a 01 GMC? I would go look but Im offshore and about to order some Amber LED bulbs for my DRLs I have one out and wanna be able to change them when I get home.

Nobody knows what size bulb it is? If I was home Id just walk out and check it but its kinda hard when your 30 miles from land. lol

 

3157NA is the amber bulb that fits on my chevy anyways...

The old bulb was 4157 but they changed it to 4114. The 4157 burned out too quickly and the 3157 won't handle the hot charge that goes to the drl. I found 4114's at Chevy dealer and at Advance Auto. I suppose that O'Reilly or Zone would have them.

 

Damn I dont think that they man a 4114 in a LED bulb. Hmmm Now what.

I had ambers in my 99 Chevy but I just dont remember what size. When did they change it over?
