Now this is the right way to boil 10 sack of crawfish

 

damn they look good. where the other stuff though. potato, corn, mushrooms, beer, etc

 

We boiled it in a smaller pot.


If ya boil it all together it dosent taste as good.

Ill give you rednecks a lesson on boiling crawfish if ya want. I have a few tropheys from boiling

 

All that other crap is filler food, and for the women that cant handle the heat. Crawfish and beer is all thats needed. BTW I bet Ill give you a run for your money Brad

 

IMO if one makes the crawfish too hot, it kills the flavor. Im not a HOT crawfish fan...I just like a little bite.

BTW that looks badass! Do yall let it sit in the juices afterward?

 

i like hot crawfish but i have to agree, too hot and the taste is gone cause all there is to taste is the boil. i am open for all the crawfish cooking lessons you want to give. smoking food and grilling, i'll be the instructor.


as far as drinking goes, well, i think a 100 pound girl could outdrink me right now. working 7 days a week averaging 90 plus hours has killed that for me.

 

Hmmm I might give you some lessons on the grilling as well.

There is a difference between hot and spicey. I dont like em too hot eigther, but if Im not sweating Im not happy. I use a few different boils, or one and some other stuff. A lot of people around here use Swamp fire, but on the second boil its just hot, and the flavor isnt there IMO. Ill use half swampfire, and half ummmm. Dont worry about it, or my own concaution (sp) If you have two pots, Ill bring my burner and Brad and I can have a cook off

 

i like them spicey enough to make me drink 2x the amount of beer i usually would drink, but not so spicey that it makes my lips numb.

 

Lesson to be learned from the old man. DO NOT try foreplay after eating my crawfish, or you wont get laid by her for at least 3-4 days (depending on how mutch mud bugs you eat) dont ask how I lea....I mean know this, just trust me. Same with my crabs
