This guy is on here very rarely so I figured Id use his truck for help since I love looking at it so much

yeah its his. but I looked on GM accessories and they didnt seem to be on there. I just stumbled onto a page that showed where I could get them the other day and now I cant remember where it was at

Those look a lot like wheels available from GMC Trucks.
Look in the accessories folder, last wheel on the right.
