I wished you weren't so far away, as I would pick up the color-keyed running boards from you for a spare set. Like I said before, getting replacement parts for them are next to impossible beinag a one year only option and having spare pieces would be nice. Not to mention it's even a color match for mine.

for a simple cheap drop, remove the 2" block thats between the axle and the leafs. Will need u bolts from a 2wd. I got a set of universal u bolts from an auto parts store for $18. And you can decrank the front tbars about an inch or so.
heres mine with the block removed and stock front height
