ANyone have 1/4 mile times on a regency rst 4.8L 5 speed?

Default ANyone have 1/4 mile times on a regency rst 4.8L 5 speed?
Just ran my 2wd rcsb 5 speed rst at ATCO 7 runs and my best was 15.3 at 94mph. Couldn't get the wheel hop to stop out of the hole.

How about you guys what is your best times on a 2wd rcsb 5 speed 4.8?

Wheel hop is a killer. I couldn't get mine out of the hole without massive hop. I'm hoping Cal-trac bars i put in this winter will help. 15.3 is about right.

Ran a 14.3 at englishtown....no wheel hop with caltracs

04RST, where in the world did you find your short throw? I've never been able to find one.

Hurst Makes one. pretty sure summit sells it. Not hard to install. Factory RST shifter boot wont fit with it though. I had one custom made with black leather and red stitching to match the interior.

I've been wondering what they'd run myself. I have a 04 rst with a 212/216 cam, tune and efans so now I know about where it is.

Ran mine last night put down a 14.8@96 on a 2.4 60 foot. Eh not so bad should drop quite a bit once the nitrous is on

hurst quit making it years ago - and nowhere i called ever had any on the shelf

Just get that arm moving faster. I have an SLP shifter handle with no bushing in the bottom and a Centerforce clutch, shift at 6500 and it's about as good as a NV3500 gets.
