just over 300 is what i read in a magazine, I actually think they're a waste of money, no offense to the thread starter and not tryin to hate on the RST. In the magazine they said you couldn't build one for the price, but you can buy a base model truck just like it same drive train and all, for $14,000,but it'll probably be white w/no options, that leaves you just over $21,000 to modify. That's a paint job of your choice, wheels, hood, grille, aftermarket options if u don't have em (power windows and locks) performance options, suspension, interior. W/$21000 i believe i could put an RST to shame, i've spent around $6500 on mine and IMO i think it looks better, and from the test, performs better.

damn with 21,000 u could make it one fast *** truck, put a 572 in there and still have money for beer

well i got mine for 28k after TTL, not the 35k that they sticker for, and mines a 5.3 auto and runs considerably quicker than the times posted in that magazine article (Last time out i ran a 9.51 @ 75mph in the 1/8th)

do you have traction problems ,and does that track have a high alt.

Yea i was spinning(stock 20's), the track elevation is only 550 feet though.
