Default Wheel well inserts? (inside of wheel wells looks like crap)

I thought my 2/3 drop would do away with the horrendous view of under-the-car stuff like shocks, frame, etc. viewable from the wheel well, but it did not. I can still see all the dirty frame and suspension parts. Even the areas that are covered up with a stock piece look like crap - the inserts that GM put in there are jagged and bumpy. Looks really horrible.

Not to mention the parts of the body-color fender that roll under and give a 1/2" to 3/4" lip over the wheel well are uneven, and have holes in them. Just makes a really nice-looking vehicle junky.

Has anyone else noticed this, and if so, have you done anything about it? Know where I can get perhaps inserts to resolve this?

Yeah, kind of like that except where there is body-color wheel-well in the photos in the ad (Arrival Blue in this instance) on my car, there is this black junk that looks like it was sprayed on, then dried with an ugly surface. The parts this guy is selling are just the three black plastic pieces that cover the lower part, correct? I think I would want something that covers up not just the lower part, but also the top part, that is blue in the photos.

Thanks for replying, that gets me closer...

I think if you line-x'ed the inner fender well, then added those plastic pcs, that might look good.

Or, you could make a pattern out of card board, then get some made out of sheet metal, then line-x them and/or undercoat that area......

Default cheap

all i did with mine was pull all the wheels off and paint everything that was visible flat black. it makes everything blend together, and puts more focus on the wheels. it cleans everything up and it was really cheap and easy to do.

get some wheelwells from the dealership. the stepside trucks come with them but to fit on the fleetside you need to cut approx. 6 inches off the top. my buddy did this to his truck and it looks tight. (edit) oops didnt see you had an avalance. might want to try anyway one wheelwell was like $30

If you are just concerned because the inner wheel well always looks dirty, just spray some No-Touch tire foam on everything. It will all come out looking like new.
