What is the best way to clean the engine and what to use

That coil set up is beautiful didn't know they made a side mount valve cover for truck coils. Atleast I think they are truck coils

Waterless engine wash would be the safest and cheapest way to clean a greasy engine bay. Another is steam cleaner.

I use simple green mixed with with water in a spray bottle. It cuts grease and dirt great.
