Got some 16x10 wheels and was wondering what the most popular tire size was with a 3" lift and these wheels?
Pics of trucks would be excellent!
Thanks,
Sean

285/75/16's, they are BFG All-Terrain tires. I think it comes out to 32.8 inches tall. If you have a non-Z71 truck, you might need new springs or something to give it a tad bit more lift so it wont rub.

I had a 3" body lift on my Z71 with 33" BFG All Terrains on 16x10 Weld rims....the front did rub a lot in the front. here are some pics:

Well, I added Ford keys to my torsion bars, and cranked them up... I'm running 35" tires with just a little rub when I'm backing up and have the wheel cranked... no rubbing during normal driving though. Pics in my sig.

Sean, 33s will fit on a Z71 with a 3" body lift. On a 2wd like mine, you need a 6" suspension lift to make them fit. I love my Nitto tires, click on the truck in my signature to see pics.

Actually... I have 2 friends who run 285/75/16's on their 2wd trucks with a 3 inch body lift, those tires are 32.8 inches tall. One has no rub at all because he got some new springs up front to help out with clearance (Springs and/or something else, cant remember for sure). The other truck rubs a little while turning hard, but doesnt seem to care much lol. But yes, it is possible.

I run 285/75-16's on stock rims at stock height with no rub at all....I DO have a 2500 4x4 so it is quite a bit taller to begin with though...with a 3" body lift I think I could fit 35's on 10" rims....but the power loss would kill me, there would be no more
*EDIT*...the picture in my sig is before the new tires....those were 245/75-16's
